On September 11, 2005, I signed up for Fusion.Tel Corp.'s upgrade service at their Harrischester, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $329.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Glenna K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
