Misleading advertising by Development Enterprises

On October 22, 2013, I signed up for Development Enterprises's delivery service at their Dasiafurt, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $228.96, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mina O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
