Warranty claim denied by Quality Craft Company

On November 17, 2005, I signed up for Quality Craft Company's support package at their New Durward, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $722.56, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kade M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
