I am writing regarding order #ORD-5584-VZX-4846 placed with Development Builders Ang Mo Kio on December 30, 1998. I paid $279.6 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Aaron W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
