Modern Builders Changwon refused to address issue

I purchased a service from Modern Builders Changwon on February 4, 1993. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Malcolm U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
