Modern Engineering Contractors Ahmedabad Group provided defective product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7893-HRA-5107 placed with Modern Engineering Contractors Ahmedabad Group on June 10, 1995. I paid $81.6 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Micheal U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
