Billing dispute with Quality Homes Construction

On October 10, 2020, I signed up for Quality Homes Construction's setup assistance at their Audrastad, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $627.53, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kelsie Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
