I purchased a product from SpectrumTel Fiber on March 9, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Alda N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
