I want to report a serious concern with Horizon.Wave Inc.'s service that I purchased on June 2, 1997 from your North Rheaview, Tennessee store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Era A., but my issue remains unresolved.
