ClearConnect Providers Inc. refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2235-URJ-1970 placed with ClearConnect Providers Inc. on July 17, 1989. I paid $984.21 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maymie Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
