Poor customer service experience with Wireless-Voice Inc.

On January 27, 1977, I signed up for Wireless-Voice Inc.'s upgrade service at their West Buddyborough, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $679.64, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hermann T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
