False promises made by WirelessWireless Wireless representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2170-MJE-9081 placed with WirelessWireless Wireless on February 19, 2010. I paid $337.98 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Vincenza N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
