I purchased a solution from Quality Builders Jakarta on February 10, 2009. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Andres Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
