Unresolved issue with United-Homes product

On August 12, 1993, I signed up for United-Homes's exchange program at their South Leilani, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $747.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Julia O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
