Billing dispute with Builders Inc Inc.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2887-MBI-9612 placed with Builders Inc Inc. on January 31, 2017. I paid $777.61 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Efren N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
