Warranty claim denied by Structures Construction International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7655-SFW-4664 placed with Structures Construction International on July 3, 1979. I paid $433.27 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sadie P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
