Unresolved issue with Link Communications product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5649-DNI-8457 placed with Link Communications on March 1, 1973. I paid $342.17 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hazel E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
