I have been a loyal customer of Fiber.Com Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-6482-SEB-4133) on September 15, 2014, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
