Unsatisfactory resolution from Fast.Connect

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1337-UMH-6242 placed with Fast.Connect on April 19, 2004. I paid $29.48 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gregorio Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
