False promises made by Modern Craft representative

On May 16, 2021, I signed up for Modern Craft's warranty service at their Port Jaylon, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $685.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Merlin U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
