False promises made by Fusion Fiber representative

On July 30, 2021, I signed up for Fusion Fiber's support package at their McDermottburgh, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $650.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lucas W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
