I purchased a platform from Strong Architecture Contractors on March 17, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Shad C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
