Warranty claim denied by Innovative Works Contractors

I want to report a serious concern with Innovative Works Contractors's tool that I purchased on October 24, 2009 from your Cormierborough, New Mexico store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Webster O., but my issue remains unresolved.
