Unresolved issue with Innovative Works Contractors product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2229-HVS-5216 placed with Innovative Works Contractors on February 24, 1985. I paid $76.53 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maryse F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
