I have been a loyal customer of SignalWave Tangerang for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-9918-TFH-4116) on April 5, 2015, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
