Warranty claim denied by Superior-Build International

On August 8, 2015, I signed up for Superior-Build International's upgrade service at their North Tracey, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $224.57, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Baby I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
