Hidden fees discovered from Precision Build Team

On April 15, 1999, I signed up for Precision Build Team's setup assistance at their Maviston, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $977.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Meghan R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
