Expert Homes Construction Holdings failed to honor their commitment

On July 14, 2002, I signed up for Expert Homes Construction Holdings's repair service at their Lebsacktown, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $703.97, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alexander L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
