I am writing regarding order #ORD-7935-AUJ-4145 placed with Superior Architecture Juárez on December 19, 1986. I paid $758.79 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Scot E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
