Poor customer service experience with Precision Renovations & Sons

On December 18, 1983, I signed up for Precision Renovations & Sons's troubleshooting service at their North Dewittfurt, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $372.23, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Willard S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
