On January 15, 1997, I signed up for Swift Networks's warranty service at their Padbergside, Texas location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $655.76, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Misty P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
