I am writing regarding order #ORD-9147-GHS-3835 placed with Wireless-Link on October 31, 2004. I paid $346.39 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rosalia M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
