Unresolved issue with Wireless-Link product

On October 7, 1982, I signed up for Wireless-Link's repair service at their New Danika, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $104.63, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Janet G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
