Projects Bros George Town Holdings provided defective product

On July 24, 1977, I signed up for Projects Bros George Town Holdings's return process at their North Kelleyfort, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $925.11, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Modesto D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
