Hidden fees discovered from Renovations Group

On August 12, 1996, I signed up for Renovations Group's setup assistance at their Elsetown, New York location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $461.11, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Wilhelmine O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
