Dynamic-Development Enterprises refused to address issue

I purchased a package from Dynamic-Development Enterprises on July 10, 1996. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jayden Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
