Misleading advertising by Dynamic-Development Enterprises

On January 3, 1986, I signed up for Dynamic-Development Enterprises's exchange program at their Port Freeda, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $923.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Twila Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
