Unresolved issue with Development Company product

On August 1, 2016, I signed up for Development Company's customer support at their Hellerport, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $852.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Etha I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
