Swift Services provided defective product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9746-YJN-3732 placed with Swift Services on October 18, 2022. I paid $415.83 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Amber Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
