Unsatisfactory resolution from Construction Bros Kumamoto

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4141-FJS-5883 placed with Construction Bros Kumamoto on May 8, 1996. I paid $619.71 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ida K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
