Delayed delivery from Fast Wireless International

On October 15, 1995, I signed up for Fast Wireless International's maintenance program at their Valentinefurt, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $386.29, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Fredy T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
