Billing dispute with Fast Wireless International

On November 22, 2007, I signed up for Fast Wireless International's troubleshooting service at their Jenkinschester, California location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $400.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bradly I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
