I have been a loyal customer of Innovative Projects & Sons for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-2135-KOI-6353) on May 20, 1982, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
