I want to report a serious concern with Connect.Connect's membership that I purchased on May 7, 2016 from your Sporerburgh, Wisconsin store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Adell B., but my issue remains unresolved.
