I am writing regarding order #ORD-2348-CBU-9444 placed with Connect.Connect on October 28, 2003. I paid $312.37 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Elliott F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
