Quality issues with Connect.Connect product

On December 6, 2021, I signed up for Connect.Connect's repair service at their Lelandland, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $943.51, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alfred Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
