On December 27, 2015, I signed up for TeleCast Networks's exchange program at their Uriahmouth, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $161.11, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Richie G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
