Ultimate Structures Bonn refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2308-XBB-9741 placed with Ultimate Structures Bonn on December 16, 2013. I paid $969.32 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tania B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
