On February 7, 1992, I signed up for LinkFiber's support package at their Judahside, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $634.76, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lynn J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
