Refund refused by Dynamic Architecture

On September 19, 2009, I signed up for Dynamic Architecture's troubleshooting service at their Keltonland, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $658.95, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Chance Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
